Sunday to Friday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; Saturday 8:00 AM–2:00 PM. Laboratory collection typically closes 30 minutes earlier. Emergency-only requests after hours are not offered — please use the nearest hospital.
Walk-ins are accepted for general medicine. Specialist clinics (gynaecology, dermatology, cardiology, orthopaedics, ENT) are more reliable with a prior booking through the website, phone, or reception.
Yes. We procure from licensed distributors, record batch numbers, and refuse short-expiry or damaged stock. Ask to see the pack and expiry at the counter — we encourage it.
CBC, fasting/PP sugar, HbA1c, lipid profile, LFT, RFT, thyroid panel, and routine urine. Specialised imaging is referred to partner centres.
Bring a valid paper or digital prescription with the doctor’s name and date. Controlled medicines follow national rules. Our pharmacist will confirm the dose before dispensing.
